Pre-op: Patient is a 26 year old Hispanic female who was unhappy with the appearance of her nose. She felt the bridge of her nose was too wide and the tip was too flat causing her nose to have poor definition and a shape that did not otherwise complement her attractive face.
Post-op: Patient is shown 7 months post open nasal surgery technique with tip rhinoplasty modification. She is very pleased with the obvious improvement in the appearance of her nose following her surgery and feels that it is a very natural appearance that complements the rest of her facial structure.
