Male Brow Lift Surgery

Reasons for the Surgery

Many of our patients who come in for a brow lift do so because frequently they are told they appear angry, tired or worried even when they are happy and well rested. A brow lift can minimize the creases (frown lines, worry lines) that develop across the forehead or those that occur high on the bridge of the nose. It improves what are commonly referred to as frown lines; and repositions a low or sagging brow. Some patients who come in for a consultation thinking they need a blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) because of lateral hooding of the eyelid (drooping of the skin at the outer corner of the eye) actually require a brow lift.

Many times a brow lift is combined with eyelid surgery, a facelift to address changes in the mid to lower face and neck, Botox, fillers or laser skin resurfacing depending on the patient's desired results.
