Pre-op:  This 62 yo woman was unhappy with the appearance of her external genitalia (labia). Her labia had stretched and lengthen with age and childbirth and were occasionally visible in tight clothing. She was also self conscious around her boyfriend.

Post-op: She is shown here 3 months following labiaplasty and is now quite pleased with the ability to wear form fitting pants and less self conscious with her boyfriend.
