Pre-op: This 45 yo librarian is 5 ft 6 inches tall, 130 pounds and the mother of two children, ages 16 and 21. She has 32DD breasts with Grade III ptosis (nipple well below the inframammary crease but still pointing forward). In addition her left breast is approximately 50 grams larger than her right breast.

Post-op: Patient is shown two months following a Graf mastopexy (breast lift) with a small reduction to the left side to achieve symmetry. Dr. Moore has been able to preserve her 32 DD breast volume while lifting nipples  to a more normal position, achieving better central projection and much improved upper pole fullness (possible only with implant augmentation or the Graf mastopexy technique. This technique uses the patient’s own sagging tissue and transfers it to the empty upper pole of the breast.
